PlayStation or Xbox, which one is right for you?

PlayStation or Xbox is such a hot topic right now that it’s hard to believe people still aren’t talking about it. The game system is one of the best selling consoles of all time and the game selection is unmatched by any other console. As you can imagine, this leads to some fierce competition between the console makers and with no clear winner yet, you will definitely want to take advantage of this competition by shopping around. In this article I will give you my two cents on the issue and try to convince you to purchase your PlayStation or Xbox.

As far as the technology is concerned, the game system is leaps and bounds ahead of its Xbox counterpart. The graphics and sound quality are just amazing, especially when you consider the fact that you have an external Blu-Ray player for all the DVD movies you might want to add to your collection. The actual controller itself has a feel that is almost like being in a video game itself. When you are playing the game you will find that there is little difference between playing the Xbox and the PS3, as both games have excellent controller buttons.

As far as the games go, the PS3 is still the king in terms of game selection. While there are a lot of great new games hitting store shelves every day, a lot of the older games are still being released on the console every week. A lot of these games, especially the classics, can be purchased at huge discounts right now, so if you haven’t got a copy of a classic game yet, you are missing out. My personal favorite is the Guitar Hero, but there are dozens of games to play and it depends on what kind of game you prefer.
